Everyone was so very nice. The place was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and the room smelled fresh and not perfumey or musty when we walked in. The room was large enough to move around, and when our dad came and visited, the sofa was handy so we all had somewhere to sit. Even the elevators and luggage carts were clean and when we showed up to the hotel, they were vacuuming the outdoor entryway.

Proximity to Downtown Mesa, Front Desk Staff (Days, Valeria and Everett) were excellent. LobbyBar staff were also excellent, especially Andy. Nice selections at Lobby Store, nice bedding, towels and pillows. Very nice pool and spa area. Please note-I am interested in purchasing a king pillow like those at the hotel.

Location was great. There was no onsite restaurant. Rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The perfect spot to watch fireworks for 4th of July. My daughter already wants to come back next year.
